Delivery information

What happens after I place an order?

When your order is placed we will send you an email to confirm that all of your details are correct. Once we have dispatched your item(s), you will receive a second email from us noting your delivery information and tracking number where applicable.

*Next day Fastway deliveries on the island of Ireland

Renaissance are delighted to offer next day delivery on all orders placed in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland, if your order is placed before 2pm Monday to Thursday. Orders received by 2pm on Friday should be received the following Monday. There may be occasional exceptions to this and we will inform you by email accordingly.

We offer FREE Delivery on purchases over €100 and all gift card sales. We charge €6 postage for orders less than €100.

Fastway is our primary courier for this region. You will receive a notification email to confirm the goods you have ordered have been dispatched along with a track and trace number. You can check the status of your order on fastway.ie.

Time to delivery - UK and Scotland

We are delighted to offer our customers from the United Kingdom Free Fast Delivery on orders over €100.

Customers from United Kingdom (excluding Northern Ireland) can expect delivery of their orders within 2 to 4 days. Customers in city destinations may receive their parcels swifter than customers from rural areas. Fastway are our chosen postage partner in the UK. From time to time we may use DHL couriers.

Time to delivery - Rest of the world

Delivery can take up to 10 days to European countries and 20 days for Rest of World.

We do not ship goods to the following countries - Bulgaria, Iceland, Romania, Tunisia and Turkey. We reserve our right to cancel a transaction to these areas. If you are having problem processing your transaction, please call us on +353-872833085.

We charge up to €30.00 on purchases dispatched to European and Rest of World - the rate is calculated at the point of purchase.

We use DHL registered courier services. For all parcels dispatched, the recipient will receive a notification email to confirm the goods have been dispatched along with a track and trace number. You can check the status of your order on DHL.com.

Collect in store

When ordering your purchases you can opt to collect your items in-store by clicking 'In-Store Pickup (Free) (during store hours). Call to the store of your choice. Your order will be ready for collection 3 hours after the order has been placed. Store Pick up times;

  • Monday to Saturday 10 am - 6 pm
  • Sunday 12 pm - 6 pm
  • Bank Holiday Mondays 12 pm - 6 pm

When collecting your items in-store, remember to bring your order confirmation email which will be emailed to you once your order has been completed and is ready for collection. We will accept the email on a tablet or smart phone it does not have to be printed.

Gift cards

We offer FREE post for all Gift Cards ordered. Gift Cards will be dispatched within 24 hours of order and can be personalised with a message if requested at the time of order.

All Gift Card orders are sent with An Post postal service.

Please note - Gift Cards cannot be returned once purchased and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gift cards. Gift cards purchased in-store or on our website cannot be used as a form of payment on the website; they may only be used in-store. We cannot take responsibility for any gift cards that are lost, stolen or used by someone other than your recipient after delivery. Make sure your recipient has received their gift card, as it is their responsibility to keep the Gift Card safe.

We use reliable postal services however we shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the parcels within the estimated timescales.
