Collect in store
We are delighted to offer a complimentary order collection service instore. This service is offered for your convenience, simply select the optionIn-Store Pickup (Free) 0.00 (during store hours) when processing your order online and we will have your package ready for collection at a store of your choosing, normally within 2 hours of your online order.
When you have paid for your order online, we will send you a confirmation email to confirm that your order has been placed successfully. You will be sent a further message when your order is ready to be collected.
When you visit us to collect your purchase, please bring your confirmation email and the credit card which was used as payment. Please inform us if somebody else is picking it up for you. We are happy to view confirmation emails on smart phones or tablets there's no need to print it!
What times can I collect my order?
You may collect your purchase in your choice of Clontarf or Monkstown store during our opening hours:
- Monday – Friday 10 am - 6 pm
- Sunday 12 pm - 6.00 pm
- Bank Holidays 12 pm - 6 pm

Can I return my purchase on the day of collection in store?
If you decide that your purchase is not suitable you may return it in store. It is our policy to refund the original form of payment, so we will organise a refund to the credit card which was used as payment. It is also our policy to issue a receipt for all refunds. This does not affect your online returns policy which allows you 14 days from date of receipt to return.
Can I try on my purchase in store?
We have comfortable and spacious fitting rooms in every store, if you would like to try on your purchase.
